4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location, package weight, and order value.

- Free shipping offers, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned on the website.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email/SMS.
- A tracking number.
- Courier partner details to track your shipment.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or other customer-related reasons, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
